Terms of Service

You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
Fill out this form if you are interested in commissioning me
Please include references (full character art, photos, design mock-up, text descriptions, etc). This includes poses if there is a specific one you'd like the character to be in.
As of this moment, I will not create pieces with backgrounds. This will be subject to change.
As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (lineart style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.
The time of completion of the commission is a variable, depending on the complexity of the commission. If you have a specific due date, let me know. Depending on the deadline, the price may increase.
I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
Commissions are completed in the order in which they are paid for. Outstanding work in my queue ahead of yours will impact how long your piece will take. My queue can be found here.
I reserve the right to reject a commission based on the subject (usually pieces I don't feel that I'm artistically capable of completing).

You will be sent a sketch of your piece before lineart and coloring is started. You are expected to request all major changes in this sketch stage.
Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any bigger changes may come with an extra fee.
Errors on my end will be corrected with no fee, regardless of the stage the commission is in.

The price stated is a general one, but it may vary depending on the complexity of the character
The payment will be done upfront in most cases, but there can be the possibility of paying 50% upfront and 50% just before showing the finished artwork (Ask about it)
I will request payment to your Paypal address through an invoice. This is to avoid accidental transactions.
I expect payment to be received in the next 5 days after I sent you the invoice. If you won't be able to pay at that time, please let me know first so we can discuss any other agreements.
The artwork created is only for personal use. If you’d be interested in commercial use, inform me of it so we may work out the details.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if the sketch has not been completed. You will not receive said sketch if you have refunded.
Any attempt to force a charge-back for completed work will be handled with necessary legal council.
